JMUSB Pod: Curt Dudley and a Win for the Ages

With all the excitement over the weekend, we go a little long on this week’s podcast. We don’t think you’ll mind though. The great Curt Dudley joins us to talk about all things JMU-media related, then we take a look back at one of the greatest wins in recent JMU football history, before looking ahead to the semi-final matchup with South Dakota State. Finally, we close things out with a little sports bucket list discussion.

Thanks again to our podcast sponsor Pale Fire Brewing. Drop in for a beer next time you’re in the ‘burg.

I don’t understand fans complaining about the team’s performance. They totally shut down Weber for the first half, and that’s a really good offense. They did allow for some big plays, but if you look at just the numbers, the game was controlled by JMU. The only problem was JMU not putting points on the board early. Had they scored like they did late in the game, they would’ve put them away earlier. Just think, Christmas could come early on Saturday!

JMU Housing is “running” the student section out of town by not remaining open until Sunday. What students are willing to pack up their car , wait for the game and THEN have to drive to who knows where after the game? Or, if they stay – what about their safety as they hit I 81 after the game?

@dukes4 Guess you didn’t hear, but the school is letting all on-campus students stay in the dorms Friday and Saturday nights if they have tickets to the game.

Any chance you guys can start putting the podcast on tunein also? It would let you guys corner the JMU tesla owners market…
