Prediction Contest: Dogs vs. Cats
Coach Cignetti and the boys come off the bye week to face New Hampshire this Saturday. It’s a bit of a revenge game after the Dukes’ wheels came off the bus against the Wildcats last year. And since the CAA is drunk this year, it’s a much, much bigger game than anyone would have guessed a few weeks ago. But enough about that. We want to know how you think it will play out. Leave a comment below with your prediction for Saturday’s game. The person who comes closest to nailing it (winner & score) will get to write a guest post. It couldn’t be simpler. So give us your predictions below and Go Dukes!

Another top 25 team. Colder weather in the Valley. The last few big games for JMU have been decided by double digits. The secondary seems to have figured things out. 35-14. Slow blowout. Cignetti is fine with take a two-score lead and just running out the clock.

Glad everyone’s so cheerfully confident that the Dukes will dispatch UNH with ease. Just a little reality check, however, the Wildcats tend to play us tough and gave us a pretty solid loss last season amidst an otherwise unremarkable season. On paper we should win easily, but I sure hope we don’t take this one for granted.
