Field&#8217;s <\/strong>Kelly Jemison, who won the CAA title in the 3000 meter Steeplechase this weekend by taking an impressive six seconds off her PR.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Rob&#8217;s the <strong>Lacrosse <\/strong>expert, but it doesn&#8217;t take a genuis to know the Lady Dukes are legit right now.\u00a0 They absolutely destroyed Mason (take that Doc Nix) over the weekend 17-5, including outshooting the Patriots 37-8, to finish undefeated in CAA play.\u00a0 They get to host the conference tourney starting Thursday against the William &amp; Mary <a class=\"wp-caption\" title=\"Enjoy\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wm.edu\/news\/stories\/2010\/new-mascot-announced-123.php\" target=\"_blank\">Griffins<\/a>.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s hope they can teach the Caps a thing or two about performance as a top seed.\u00a0 Just in case you haven&#8217;t been paying attention, (and judging by the attendance, you haven&#8217;t), the women are rankend 7th nationally and will be a real contender for the NATIONAL title if they can get through the CAA tourney first.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baseball<\/strong> wrapped up an incredibly solid 15-3 home campaign at their new stadium with a 3-game sweep of Delaware.\u00a0 No doubt the Blue Hens are trying to make sure their season is over in time for the annual UD invasion of the Preakness Stakes and the Delaware\/Nova porta-potty run challenge.\u00a0 (note: <a class=\"wp-caption\" title=\"Preakness (Blue Hen Style)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nJERE619BGY\" target=\"_blank\">video link <\/a>may not be work appropriate)\u00a0 Let&#8217;s hope Coach Matthew&#8217;s kids can show off <a class=\"wp-caption\" title=\"WebCam\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jmu.edu\/jmuweb\/cmpa\/bfwebcam\/bfwebcam.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">New Bridgeforth <\/a>with the same type of success this fall.\u00a0 Long road trip ahead for the Diamond Dukes before the CAA Tourney starts May 27th.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, JMUSB&#8217;s first official &#8220;sources&#8221;
