Of course he lapped the competition in the fan vote category, only to have the powers that be render said vote 100% meaningless by declaring some other costumed chucklehead the winner. Duke Dog is nothing if not resilient however, and he&#8217;s back to avenge his defeat. So here is his nomination video for this year&#8217;s contest.
