Prediction Time: JMU vs UNH

Alright folks, the Dukes head up to New Hampshire this weekend to face the UNH Wildcats in the beauty of a stadium you see pictured above. Add a comment and let us know how your pick. The person who comes closest to nailing it (winner & score) will win the right to guest post on whatever he/she wants next week. Good luck and Go Dukes!

    I’m going 13-10 good guys

I don’t want to earn a victory by predicting failure, although I am worried about the offense after losing two O-Line men and hopefully returning one after concussion. UNH can run up the score, but to predict Dukes win I will predict the defense has a decent game.

    Good guys win!

  4. Wes / Nov 3 2011

    JMU 24
    UNH 17

  5. Jason K. / Nov 3 2011

    JMU wins in a rare shoot-out – 37-35.

  6. 2004 Duke / Nov 3 2011

    Wildcats 24
    Dukes 10 F

  7. Jason / Nov 3 2011

    UNH 30 JMU 13

  8. Matt / Nov 3 2011

    JMU 14
    UNH 12

  9. Kyle Ames / Nov 3 2011

Don’t feel good at all about this one.

    UNH 31
    JMU 13

Typing that hurt. However, I just don’t see Mickey adjusting. He hasn’t done it the past 3 years, why now? With a beat up o-line and an offense that relies far too heavily on breaking a routine run for big yards, this one scares me.

    JMU: 28
    UNH: 27

  11. Tyler / Nov 4 2011

28-21 Dukes.. Jace connects on a few of those down field shots he missed last week in Norfolk.

  12. Kevin / Nov 4 2011

    An absolute must-win.

    JMU 21 – UNH 17

  13. Peter Colby / Nov 4 2011

Hope you all don’t mind a UNH person throwing in his two cents worth.

Of UNH’s 6 wins only one has been by more than one score I don’t see why tomorrow will be any different, win or loose.

Weather forecast excellent, severe clear, calm and 45 degrees.

Ya’ll come ’cause “the beauty of a stadium” may only seat 6500 but they never turn anybody away and I think you will find it a friendly place.

  14. Scott / Nov 4 2011

    JMU 31 – UNH 21

UNH gets some Offensive points with the pass, but the defense gets a couple turnovers and Scott and Anderson are too much for UNH “defense”

  15. Rob / Nov 4 2011

Of course we don’t mind Peter. Opposing fans are always welcome here. Thanks for stopping by.

  16. MDG / Nov 4 2011

    It’s gonna be a slobberknocker. JMU 45 – UNH 35

  17. Tremonkey / Nov 4 2011

Dukes run away with it in the second half, and a late game surge by UNH is not enough for the Cats:
    JMU 27
    UNH 21

Unfortunately 3 of you were pretty close to nailing it. 2004 got the JMU portion 100% correct, so he’s the winner. Check your email buddy.
